Within the project “Better Social Inclusion through strengthened IRIS CSOs Network”, implemented by LIR Civil society and Arbeiter-Samariter-Bund Deutschland e.V., with the financial support of the European Union, the document “Annual exchange of information – improvement of the the quality of standards of civil society organizations social service providers (Annual Briefing 2022)” was developed.
The document pointed to the importance and role of CSOs in decision-making processes, the need to strengthen partnerships and cooperation (within the non-governmental sector and between the governmental and non-governmental sectors) and improve the position of CSOs that provide social services to vulnerable groups, through the development of social innovations and the reduction of social exclusion.
Numerous realized activities will influence the empowerment not only of service providers and professionals, but also of the beneficiaries themselves through more adequate recognition and response to their needs. The achieved results represent the basis for further partnership activities in order to empower CSOs to be efficient and responsible independent actors, and improve their capacities for dialogue with governments.

- Research in the field of social innovation, quality and availability of social services in Bosnia and Herzegovina,
- Conclusion and general recommendations, recommendations for further development of the social protection system, quality and availability of social services and recommendations for further development of social innovation/social entrepreneurship in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The readiness of various actors from the field of social protection and social entrepreneurship in Bosnia and Herzegovina to act in a timely manner and to influence the further development of the system in all aspects with their efforts, as well as the necessity of support and mutual cooperation of policy makers at all levels, civil society organizations and professionals, was identified.
